In this three-part interactive Global Dialogue series on The Future of Education in an AI-enabled World, we bring together students, teachers, and leading thinkers to explore big questions about AI, humanity, and the future of education.
The urgent question is how we prepare for AI. The deeper question is what kind of human beings we want education to develop—and what that means for the purpose and design of education itself.
Our first dialogue, The Future of Human Capability, will explore: Which human capacities will matter most in an AI-enabled world, and which may matter less? What does this mean for how education, learning, and teaching must transform?
We’ll hear from Pegor Papazian, Co-founder and Chief Development Officer of TUMO, a free-of-charge educational program that gives teens the freedom to dream big, explore their passions, and develop the skills and confidence to shape their futures. Founded in Armenia, TUMO has grown into a global network reaching tens of thousands of students across more than 15 countries and won the 2025 WISE Prize for Education for its AI co-learning platform.
