Join this course to explore system analysis theories and concrete tools based on the work of Donella Meadows (Thinking in Systems) and Ronald Heifetz (Adaptive Leadership). Participants will examine their own positions within their respective systems and learn how to collaborate with others to drive sustainable system change.

- Understand your system, your time within the system, and how to mobilize the system
- Discover how to analyze complex situations and work with others to create sustainable system change
This opportunity will be held in Spanish.
