Are you ready to reinvent your approach to leadership and resist the temptation to intervene? Join this course to explore system analysis theories and concrete tools based on the work of Donella Meadows (Thinking in Systems) and Ronald Heifetz (Adaptive Leadership). Participants will examine their own positions within their respective systems and learn how to collaborate with others to drive sustainable system change.

Objectives

  1. Explore system analysis theories and concrete tools based on the work of Meadows and Heifetz
  2. Understand your system, your time within the system, and how to mobilize the system
  3. Discover how to analyze complex situations and work with others to create sustainable system change

This opportunity will be held in Spanish. If you need live interpretation of the experience and/or translation of materials in additional languages to support your engagement, please indicate this via the application form.
